Gojek, Southeast Asia’s leading technology group and a pioneer of the integrated Super App and ecosystem model, is launching the Gojek app for users in Thailand on the App Store and Play Store today. Thai consumers can download the app to get a preview of Gojek, while the service is set to launch on September 16, 2020.
Earlier in July, GET announced plans to rebrand and unify its app under the Gojek umbrella. This is a significant milestone in the company’s long-term business strategy, and builds on the success of the GET platform since its official launch last year.
The Gojek app comes with an improved user interface and several feature upgrades, while continuing to offer four services to Thai users: food delivery (GoFood), motorcycle ride-hailing (GoRide), courier (GoSend), and e-wallet (GoPay). Consumers can continue to use the GET app until the launch date.
