DITP is confident CLMVT EXP 2018 to manage the new economy

New Economy Academy of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Commerce Ministry, is confident on CLMVT Executive Program on New Economy 2018 will benefit the frontier management participants from Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand because they are joining as strong network of more than 60 executives.

Moreover, they will also receive the latest knowledge from the world-class lecturers of Stanford University. The event is presided over by Mr. Sakon Varanyuwatana, Vice Minister of Commerce at Galaxy Room, Avanee Riverside Bangkok.

According to Mrs. Chantira Jimreivat Vivatrat, DITP Director General, the CLMVT Executive Program on New Economy 2018 was an important mission of the department to promote strategic partnership among Thailand and other members of CLMVT.

The strategic partnership will help the members to join hands in global trade and to enter the environment of new economy. Under the training program, the participants will exchange their viewpoints as well as creating new strategy together and the Thai businessmen will enable to fight the world trade by joining as strong network with top management from CLMVT private sectors and Government sectors.

“Beside the network that the participants create from this training program, they will also get the latest knowledge and innovation that they are able to apply for various businesses, including Growth Hacking, Building an International Brand, Innovation Investment for Corporate, ad Outward Mindsets.

The guest speakers of this training program are from the world recognized Stanford University who are willing to share their knowledge and experiences in development of start up business in Silicon Valley.

They will share all trade barriers and the solution to solve all problems to the participants who will have to apply the knowledge that they get from the program for their organizations and companies.

At the same time, I have seen an opportunity for the Government Sector to know the needs and problems of the private sector,” said Mrs. Chantira.

Meanwhile, Mr. Pornvit Sila-on, Director of New Economy Academy, added that the four-day program was designed as Creative CLMVT which they would take three and half days for the latest knowledges, including innovation, technology and marketing.

The participants will also spend a half day for on-field study at the succeed organization – PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited.

“Not only learning in the lecture room, but we also arrange on-field study at the good governance company like PTT Global Chemical where they will have activity to create business partnership as well as communication channel exclusively for the participants to create business and investment channels.”

“So, I have been confident that they will get the highest benefit in joining this program,” said Mr. Pornvit.
