Fujitsu show vision aim to Global Premium Services

Fujitsu announced ‘Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision 2019’ proposing a co-creation approach for trusted business and society in the digital era. The company is focusing on four core services with a target to become a Global Premium Services Integrator.

Mr.Toshiro Miura, Managing Director, Fujitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd., outlined Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision 2019 under the theme of ‘Human Centric Innovation: Driving a Trusted Future’, with the aim of delivering human centric innovation co-created by Fujitsu, partners and customers.

This co-creation approach will contribute to trusted business and community amid a complex environment by leveraging cutting-edge technology and close collaboration with customers.

Fujitsu is committed to co-creation in three main areas:

1) Technology for a trusted future: using digital solutions to deliver convenience and benefits, and ensuring data privacy and security with trusted technologies such as Big Data , IOT, Robotic Process Automation(RPA)

2) Co-creating a trusted business: actualizing a human centric trusted business through co-creation, by architecting a purpose-driven business, building a human centric organization, and driving the business with digital

3) Realizing a trusted society: working together to solve problems, building a sustainable ecosystem, and creating an inclusive society with Fujitsu’s strengths as a “service oriented company”

“In 2018, Fujitsu Thailand earned 3,235 million Baht, and within the next three years (2019-2020), we will become a Global Premium Services Integrator. We will deliver a various range of technologies and professional services to customers, addressing all requirements of any organizations, with a focus on manufacturing, automotive, retail, and enterprise segments, and public sectors.

The company will offer these four core solutions to customers along with advanced technology from Fujitsu Japan through its Integration + IT Basis Best Practice.

Fujitsu Thailand will also work with leading partners to deliver multi-vendor system integration. With highly skilled professionals and extensive experiences, Fujitsu is positioned to provide superior professional services such as Cloud Champion Security Expert SAP Basis, and ultimately reach its goal to become GIobal Premium Service Integrator within the next three years.

Fujitsu started to offer these four solutions in 2018, and they accounted for about 28% of the company’s revenue. As for the fiscal year 2019, which starts on April 1, 2019 and ends on March 31, 2020, Fujitsu expects a significant growth thanks to rising demands for digital transformation in the enterprise segment.

Fujitsu’s four core solutions will satisfy customer requirements in the digital age, encouraging a strong growth in its service business, especially for managed services and end-to-end security solutions.

Concerning ERP solutions, Fujitsu will concentrate on working with leading partners such as SAP, Microsoft, for Digital Innovation, the company will provide management services for Data Analytics, Smart Workplace, Smart Factory, Smart Retail, and its in-house developed DWOT application. All these operations will contribute to the growth of its four core solutions as planned.
